“ I really love this place. The hostess was awesome even remembered to ask if my friend’s birthday was the day that I made the reservation. Highly recommend this place. The food is very cool in the present presentation and the restaurant itself is such a cool layout. ”

“ I absolutely loved the charbroiled oysters 1000/10. Whatever spices and oils they put in it, is just chefs kiss. It was my favorite dish and I would go back just to order it. The flavors just meshed so well together, you can tell this was made with love. I also loved the biscuits and gravy with the sunny side eggs 10/10. That has to be my next favorite. I never thought of trying sunny side up eggs with sausage biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fluffy and soft, the gravy was flavorful and meaty, and the eggs added a cherry on top. I would say the shrimp and grits beat my salmon toast. Shrimp and grits 10/10. So much flavor as well. My salmon toast however, while it wasn’t the best I’ve had, it was still enjoyable 7/10. Food was so good it fixed my marriage ”
“ Have always said we should try this place finally did. It was delightful and delicious. Sat outside one a perfect evening, enjoyed the most scrumptious burger along with a crisp bottle of Rose. What a nice time. Will definitely go again. Gave atmosphere only 4 stars b.c we sat under a light which invited a few creepy crawlers. ”
“ Service and food are always top tier here. Took a group of folks here around new years and they still talk about it - hummingbird has become their fav restaurant in raleigh. They have good gluten free options too. I’ve had huevos rancheros, the salmon gravlax, and the fish sandwich. Their potatoes also come with the most amazing sauce, it’s worth ordering on the side. ”
“ We adored the outside seating offered. The weather was great and there were no bugs flying around (lol, I'm not a typical outside eating gal) but it was perfect! The waffles were delicious, eggs were eggs and the chicken was decent. Overall rate the chicken and waffles a 8.5/10! Everyone else enjoyed their food (see photos attached) ! Parking was okay! Arrive early if you have reservations! Great spot for a date or friend outing! @____letseatnow ”
